Dear Tired Mom,
Have you ever felt it — that quiet shift when the days grow shorter and the air feels heavier? One moment, you’re moving through life with energy and clarity, and the next, everything feels… slower, dimmer, heavier. The change in season can do that — not just to our bodies, but to our hearts. Whether it’s the weight of exhaustion, the ache of pain, or the fog of emotions you can’t quite name, you’re not alone.
This prayer is for you — for all of us — who are doing our best to hold on to hope when the light feels faint.

🍁 A Prayer for Shifting Seasons and Heavy Hearts

Dear God,
As the seasons change, so does my spirit. I can feel the shift — the fatigue, the fog, the ache that settles in both body and mind. One day I’m full of energy, and the next I’m searching for the strength just to care. It’s hard to explain how something as simple as the weather, the light, or the air can weigh so much on the soul.

Lord, meet me here — in this in-between space where joy feels harder to hold. Remind me that my worth isn’t tied to my productivity, that my presence still matters even when my energy fades. Help me to rest without guilt, to tend to myself with gentleness, and to trust that this season, too, will pass.

Calm my anxious thoughts and ease the heaviness in my body. Let light return slowly but surely — through laughter, through kindness, through small moments that remind me I’m still here.

And for every tired heart feeling this same shift, Lord, wrap us in comfort. Teach us that healing is not linear, that hope is not gone — just resting for a while. We may feel weary, but we are never forgotten.

In Your peace, I find my strength.
Amen.If you’re walking through a season that feels heavier than usual, take heart — this moment isn’t forever. Light always returns, even if it comes softly at first.
Let this prayer be your reminder: You are still growing, still worthy, still held — even in the slow seasons.
Take it one gentle breath at a time, dear friend. Rest when you need to. Reach for support when it’s too much. And know that God hasn’t left your side — He’s simply whispering, “Be still, I’m here.” 🌙
